Hi there! I am Victoria LeGrande-McMillian. I am a trauma-informed, TGCTA-certified, Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey, dedicated to promoting wellness, justice, and healing. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, which allows me to merge the worlds of individual care and systemic advocacy.
I believe that the knowledge we gain is never just for us—it’s meant to be shared, uplifted, and paid forward to our communities. My work is guided by compassion, equity, and empowerment, ensuring that people have not only the tools for personal growth but also the advocacy needed to address the barriers they face.
Beyond credentials, I am deeply passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and strengthened. My goal is to remind others that wellness is not a privilege—it is a right—and when we nurture both ourselves and our communities, we rise stronger together.
